The Four Elements are spirits that can control one of the Four Elements: Wind, Earth, Fire, and Water. The Four Elements are Cyrca and Zephyr the Sylph, who controls Wind, Undine, who controls Water, Gnome, who controls Earth, and Salamander, who controls Fire. All of them were found in Tower of Midsummer Dreams, but now they're all present in the Shrine of Seven Days.
The Fire Mistress and Water Mistress are two elemental sisters found in The Ninjas' Elegy event as wandering ghosts that could be obtained with 500 scrolls each. They are more like the element-based Ninjutsu techniques, though.
