Kasumi is a shrine maiden, as said in her description. Shrine maidens, also known as Mikos, are supplementary priestess, that were seen as Shamans. In modern Japanese culture, they are known to be an inistitutionalized role in daily shrine life, and trained to perform tasks ranging from sacred cleansing to performing Kagura, a ceremonial dance.
