The ghost of the storm cloud that sometimes appears in spring. She often hitches the ride to Japan on the back of a passing cold front, and has a habit of splitting out hail when she's in a bad mood. She controls cloud with a huge fan and fires off bolts of lightning whenever the fancy takes her. She wears headphones to protect her ears from the booming sound of nearby thunderclaps.
How to Acquire
- Defeat her in the "Shrine of Seven Days" and trade her 400 talismans to obtain her.
